Booking & Reservations

• We kindly request a credit card number to complete a reservation; no holds can be made.
• 50% of the total rental rate is required at the time of the reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Visa, MasterCard, Cashier's Checks accepted. Personal checks accepted if at least 60 days prior to arrival.
• There is a $30 fee for returned checks and the reservation will be cancelled.
• 15% discount off rental rates June 1-October 15
• 19% Mexican tax is assessed on all rental fees.
• A $50 charge will be assessed for keys not returned.
• A security deposit, by way of a credit card authorization, is required to cover lost, stolen or damaged items. There is a $200 charge for lost, stolen or damaged remote controls for air conditioners.
• Maximum of 2 people per bedroom.
• All prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations and refunds: 60 or more days prior to arrival date, 25% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation made 59 -30 days prior to arrival date, will receive 50% refund of the total amount due. Less than 30 days notice, no refund will be made.  [Top]
